Spend your weekend watching special sporting events in our home theatre big screen. No better way to spend the day watching the Grand Final, Melbourne Cup, Bathurst or the Grand Prix.

We have a large number of returning guest as the property is so close to both the golf courses and the Hot Springs spa.

Able to cater for larger numbers of both men, women or couples wanting their own bed, without having to climb into a bunk. Can accommodate 5-6 or even 7couples, 2-3 families or 14 individual guests.

Family friendly for children with a playground and the availability to use 2 porta cots and 2 high chairs for extended families. Pets can be approved upon request.

 

FOUR  LIVING AREAS 

A large modern fully equipped kitchen, with European cooking appliances. Large island bench allowing plenty of preparing space is the hub of the home. The kitchen has everything, including NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Capsule Coffee Machine, sandwich maker, food processor and much more. 
The kitchen is adjoined to the meals area with a large granite table and seating for up to12, with entrances to the back entertaining areas. 

Next to the meals area is a large family room with lounge seating, large wall mounted Flat Screen TV, entrance to another outdoor seating area, Pergola, BBQ, play ground and golfing green. From here you can watch the children in the play area.
Adjoined to the family meals area is the dining room with a large blue pearl granite dining table, seating from 6-8. Double doors open onto the playground and golf green. There is a queen sized wall bed in this room and the room possible to be closed off to make another 7th bedroom. A single bed can also be added upon request.

The lounge is at the front of the house and can be closed off by double doors, (also referred to above as the 6th bedroom). There is a gas fire to curl up on those cold winter nights, whilst enjoying another Large screen TV and DVD player if you prefer to leave it as a lounge.
